Saint Arnold Spring Bock…Texas Spring Beer Treat
This afternoon I had our last Saint Arnold Spring Bock, a seasonal beer that is made in February through April. In short it is a lighter Bock beer with a bit of sweetness and a light hoppy finish. It is a great beer for lighter meals (such as grilled chicken) that we enjoy outside during our cool spring evenings in Texas.
