My daughter turned 11 yesterday and she requested a White Wedding Cake for her Birthday Cake.  Her reason behind choosing this particular flavor cake was that she’d never tasted wedding cake and thought it might be nice to try. So cute!

On Recipe Girl‘s wonderful blog, I found her recipe for White Wedding Cake and Wedding Cake Buttercream frosting and thought I’d give it a try.

The cake was so moist and the Buttercream frosting was quite possibly, the best frosting I have EVER made.

The cake was made with a boxed white cake mix, sour cream, flour, sugar and vanilla.  It was fantastic!
